All of our buildings have developed a drive-up pick-up schedule for student belongings. The bags will be organized by classroom/grade level and alphabetically, so we anticipate this to be a smooth process. We appreciate your patience in getting your child’s things from school and we look forward to seeing you! Details for each level are below. If you have questions, please contact your building principal.
Elementary parents will be able to retrieve their student's belongings in a drive-thru pick-up starting May 26th. Each student has items in the classroom, lockers/cubbies, desks, etc., so our teaching staff was in the week prior to gather each student’s belongings, put it into a bag and have it ready to be picked up.
There are two pick-up times:
- Tuesday, May 26th from 4:00pm - 6:00pm (4-7pm at WSE)
- Thursday, May 28th from 9:00am - 11:00am (9-12 at WSE)
If you have any books that need to come back to our media center or classrooms, please bring them with you in a bag to hand back at this time. (Chromebooks will be returned at a later time.)
We have everything arranged so you can simply drive up and we’ll deliver it to your car. To pick up your child’s things, we ask that you drive into the circle drive at the front of schools for both Alamo and Washington Street, and in the back lot off Hammond for Dix Street parents. Someone will be there to greet you and send for your student’s belongings.

Staff are working this week to clear out student's lockers to have their belongings ready for pick up the first week of June. There will be 2-hour window for pick-up and we have scheduled a separate day for each grade level. Please use the parking lot between the middle and high school for our drive-thru pick-up of student belongings (off Grant St.) When you pull up curbside, please have a sign in your window with your child's last name. A staff member will retrieve your student's belongings and bring them to your car. The bags will be organized by grade level and alphabetically, so we anticipate this to be a smooth process. If your student has any books they need to return, or if your child has been a packet learner, they may drop these items off at this time as well. We will have a bin for them to go in. (Students will keep their Chromebooks for the summer)
